Returns
Within 14 days after receipt, you can return items conveniently and easily, at your own expense. After this period a return is no longer possible. In case of a defect or wrong delivery of the product, caused by the delivery, the product can be returned free of charge.
Please note that due to food safety we generally cannot take back food / dietary supplements. Returned products are textiles and accessories.
We will refund the purchase amount no later than 14 days after receiving your package.
